my favourite food again..n again..




SeaFood Carbonara pasta bake

A delicious and budget friendly carbonara recipe for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients (serves 4)
·         300g dried pasta
·         2 teaspoons olive oil
·         2 garlic cloves, crushed
·         6  pieces fresh shrimps, chopped
·         4 eggs, lightly beaten
·         300ml readymade carbonara sauce “preggo”
·         3 green onions, thinly sliced
·         3/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
·         Mixed salad leaves, to serve
MY OWN RECIPE..COZ I REALLY LIKE TO “IMPROVISE” ZILLION TYPES OF RECIPES IN INTERNET…hahahaha..gottcha!!
300g kering  pasta
2 sudu kecil minyak zaitun
2 ulas bawang putih, diketuk
6 ekor udang segar, dicincang
4 biji telur, dipukul ringan
300ml sos carbonara yang telah siap sedia dalam tin jenama”preggo”
3 bawang hijau, dihiris nipis ( atau boleh tambah capsicum untuk lebih “delicious”hehheehe..)
1 camca teh serbuk lada hitam 
cendawan butang secukupnya, dihiris nipis 
Sedikit carrot, didadu 
garam dan gula secukup rasa 
* Boleh bubuh serbuk Italian herb/ oregano dan parsley pada yg suka. 

3 / 4 cawan halus parut Parmesan keju

Method

1.   1)  Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C . Lightly grease a 5cm-deep, 33cm x 19cm (base) ovenproof dish. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain. Return to pan.
2.  2)   Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chopped fresh shrimps,sliced button mushroom,chooped carrot and a little bit of salt and sugar,together with 1 tablesppon of black pepper powder. 
    3) Then,Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes,make sure the fresh shrimps are not over cook . Add the fried mixture to pasta. Add eggs, cream, onion and 1/2 cup cheese. Season with salt and pepper/you can also garnish with the Italian herb/oregano/parsley. 
    4) Toss to combine. Transfer to prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Serve with salad.
